When we try to lose weight first, without addressing the cause of those extra pounds, things like unchecked inflammatory problems, chronic stress, poor gut health + microbiome imbalance, habitual shortcomings, emotional + psychological influences, etc. can undermine our efforts.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
