Wellness Visit
One-time fee $300
A one-time, 60-minute, visit for those who would like to optimize their wellness. This includes an initial consultation and exam, comprehensive lab panel (covered by insurance) to include assessment of thyroid, heart health markers, hormones, nutrient deficits, etc., and a written plan of recommendations to optimize health.
Primary Care Services
$75/mo - per individual (up to 2 adults)
$125/mo - One Adult + One child (<18 yrs old)
$250/mo - Families of up to 4 people; $25/mo per each additional child
There is a one time registration fee of $100 per individual or $150 per family. Minimum 3 month commitment.
At Good Medicine we offer primary care services for ages 2 years and up. These services are intended for those who are generally healthy and would like a more holistic approach to continued wellness + disease prevention. These services include all primary care sick and well visits,. There are no additional copays or deductibles. HSA + FSA eligible.
